Only made it about halfway through the @cyogalab December Yoga Challenge #PressQuest. Despite my failure, here are the postures I managed to do and capture.
Sometimes bending to the needs of others outranks the oft proclaimed valor of sticking to one’s beliefs. To know the difference between bending compassionately and holding steadfast requires practice. Unfortunately, most neither practice nor even know what they truly believe.
